This is the pointy end of the project start. Do we need approvals from council? Reports for BASIX? Specialist consultants or documentation? This is the stage where we confirm these details.

Very important! Once we have approvals we need good documentation, or we won’t get what we’re after from the builder. SQID can provide hand sketches through to realistic renders.

Construction is hands on and SQID will be on hand to ensure what we want is what we get. “You Get What You Inspect” as they say in construction, so being available for site meetings is a must.
